Correspondence

Letters, emails, instant messages, texts, post, shout outs, banners, post its, reminders, tags, verbal, written or maybe even hand gestures. All of these are ways on how to relay some thought/ idea that you may want to share to others. You feel strongly about it so you have to say it.

In this day and age, depending on what technology is readily available we learn to adapt. Using websites like Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Plurk and many other sites we can express our thoughts and POVs. Forget the age all handwritten letters and how can we forget the MESSAGE IN THE BOTTLE scene! We can now readily speak our mind up in the CLOUD (internet space) and can easily reach millions in seconds.

But SPEED is only one part of the process of conversation. If you look at it in the bigger picture it is actually a minute part of it. We tend to forget that it is the connection that we are building that is more important. That connection that overlaps all form of communication! Whether you speak with your voice, Write your heart out or dance with the rhythm of the world that connection you build with the other is what matters.

We ACT, before we FEEL. That maybe one of the major flaws of the human race. We take ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS to literally. Letting go the other aspect of really ACTING! We act because we feel like doing it, we ACT so we can FEEL it, and we ACT so that the other can actually FEEL us. We don’t just ACT and say there I did it! That lost of sensation/ feeling can actually lead us to a highly mechanized society. A modern society where information is very important and HUMANITY is but a medium of relaying information.

I admit that I’m one of those people. A highly technology reliant being. I sometimes forget to FEEL to actually reach out and to actually communicate with others. Eventually creating a barricade between the inner you and the outside.

so START CONVERSING and COMMUNICATING PROPERLY. It will be a start that will spark your life in the right path!

Talk too you soon!

Everything is Coincidental but always Exceptional!

** I don't know better**

Opportunity is a tricky thing. It always is coincidental or unprecedented but always exceptional! Always a companion of uncertainty and fear. We are faced with life changing situations almost everyday. A call from work, a proposal from another company, an email or even a simple "hey have you heard..." Ignoring most of them will be our initial response until the moment of "SAYANG". One of the frequent lines Filipinos are fond off including "Mamaya na", "Palibre", and others...

The road less travelled! A line that best describes what we don't do. We set goals that we strive so hard to accomplish that we forego the things that we really should be aiming for. We aim for the stars and yet we haven't even seen the moon! We try so hard to shout that we forget the sounds of our own voice. Last thing you know you achieved everything you wished for yet you still feel incomplete and unsatisfied.

Satisfaction is really the culmination of one's life here on earth! FIND IT and you can really say that you lived a life worth living. We wake up each day looking for that satisfaction, for that one thing that can truly make us HAPPY. Then again, the human race is and always was the epitome of the "Insatiable Nature". A description that both scientist and theologist both agree to be true! We always strive to improve, create goals that will exceed others, and do things that can overcome boundaries. We create, we nurture and we adapt. In the end, a constant cycle of change and dynamism.

We end up trying to live in a world where chaos/change is in charge and order/balance act like a beautiful consequence. Resulting to "Ok na yan!", "buti nga meron pa eh!", "hay sa wakas! tapos na" and other phrases that signify "fake satisfaction" --> Contentment without control.

Our own Freedom that masks our own chains within a culture that hinders us from experiencing SATISFACTION. We plan for the future but forget to ACT NOW! We dream yet we live out a nightmare. Ignoring everything and acknowledging nothing.

Why not start being happy today and just LIVE? :D We may never find the satisfaction we are looking for but at least we live a life where in we can say "I WAS HAPPY!" and not a life of "I WISH I WAS HAPPY?"

IKAW MASAYA KA BA?
